Terms of Service
Terms for creating and purchasing Bulin 47 AI videos.
Independent creative service
Bulin 47 AI is an independent video generation service at bulin47videoai.org. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Bulin 47, Kevin Wai, their teams or the creators of reference footage. Names, likenesses, recordings and trademarks remain subject to their respective rights.
Permitted content and use
Use only content you own or are authorized to process. Photos must depict yourself or consenting adults. Do not upload minors, celebrities or public figures. The prohibited categories are pornography/NSFW; violence/gore; hate speech; child-unsafe content/CSAM; deepfakes/deceptive impersonation; and copyright/trademark infringement. Real-person voice imitation is also prohibited. We check prompts with Waffo’s maintained safety rules, screen input photos, and screen sampled output frames with SeeAPI before delivery. Interrupted checks keep the task pending. Report prohibited content or a rights complaint to support@bulin47videoai.org. We review reports, remove violating media and can restrict abusive accounts; contact the same address to appeal.
Purchases and credits
One completed generation uses 100 credits. The Single pack costs USD 9.90 for 100 credits, Trio USD 19.90 for 300 credits, and Crew USD 29.90 for 500 credits. Purchases are one-time, without a subscription. Credits do not expire and have no cash value. Applicable taxes are shown by the payment provider before payment. Signing in grants no free generation credits.
AI outputs and limitations
The current output is a six-second native 768p MP4; model frame rounding can slightly change duration. Photo mode uses MiniMax H3 Max Recast (minimax/h3-max/recast) with a built-in reference. Text mode uses MiniMax H3 Max Turbo (minimax/h3-max-turbo/text-to-video). Faces, gestures and fine details can vary. Review outputs before publishing, obtain necessary rights to input material and audio, and follow platform synthetic-media labeling rules. A model’s commercial-use eligibility does not grant rights to a likeness, source recording or soundtrack.
Availability, refunds and support
Confirmed failed or blocked generations return reserved credits once. Interrupted submissions remain pending while verified; avoid resubmitting a task that is already processing. Media expires after seven days, so download finished work promptly. Requests about purchases follow our Refund Policy. Contact support@bulin47videoai.org with the task or order reference. Statutory consumer rights remain applicable.
